Atlas IT currently ships to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders under $300: Flat rate of $12.99 AUD.

Orders $300 and over: Free shipping.
All prices include GST (where applicable).
3. Order Processing Time

Payment must be processed before we order your items. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

Once payment is confirmed, we will place the order with our suppliers.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on supplier stock availability and courier services. Generally:

Metro areas: 3-7 business days after processing.

Regional/remote areas: 5-10 business days after processing.
(Note: These are estimates only—delays may occur due to courier delays or stock shortages.)
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
6. Shipping Providers
We use reputable couriers such as Australia Post, Toll, or StarTrack, depending on the destination and item size.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
